Dye Formula – Load washer to 75% capacity

Operation Level Temperature Time Supplies
1. Break/Drain Low 170 Degrees 10 Add heavy duty detergent (1lb per 100 weight)
2. Rinse/Drain High Hot 2
3. Signal
4. Dye/No Drain High 160-170 Degrees 8 Add dye; 2 or 3 Quik Paks per 100lbs, steam if required
5. Rinse/Drain High 160-170 Degrees 8 *Add 4 pounds of salt for each 100lbs of load
6. Rinse/Drain High Cold 2
7. Rinse/Drain Continue to rinse until clear
8. Extract

*The addition of salt to the dye bath, at 4 pounds per 100 pounds of load, will considerably increase dye exhaustion through the load. This is suggested for the initial dye only.

Colors Available: Red, Black, Navy, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Royal Blue, Violet and Brown.
